2000 Syrah

Russian River Valley

Produced from grapes grown at the winery site and nearby vineyards, our 2000 Syrah displays black plum and black cherry fruit, with tastes of cocoa, subtle smoky notes, spice and minerals. On the palate, the texture is smooth and ample with a very long, complex finish created by the rich, yet soft tannins. Try our Syrah with a barbecued, marinated tri-tip roast and game or beef stew. Syrah is a great food companion of lamb, chocolate and spicy food.
